This policy applies to purchases made from Visual Life (Pty) Ltd.
Used Products – 7 Day Money-Back Guarantee
All used products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date the item is delivered.
If you are not satisfied within this period, the item may be returned at the buyer’s expense. Upon inspection, the item may be refunded or exchanged, based on the customer’s request.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.
Used Products – Extended Warranty (Where Stated)
Some used products may include a 3-month warranty.
This will be clearly stated in the product description.
If a used product does not state a 3-month warranty, then only the 7-day money-back guarantee applies.
New Products – 6 Month Warranty
All new products sold by Visual Life include a 6-month warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product listing.
Warranty covers manufacturing or functional faults under normal use.
Games – 24 Hour Warranty
All games (new or used) carry a 24-hour warranty.
This warranty covers disc or cartridge faults only.
It does not cover compatibility issues, user error, or damage after use.
Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within the applicable warranty period
Buyer is responsible for return courier costs
Items must be securely packaged
•Items must be returned with original accessories included
Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection
Important Notes
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Liquid damage
Electrical surges
Misuse or tampering
Normal wear and tear
Any warranty period longer than the standard terms will always be clearly stated in the product description.
